Lauren developed HireSift to revolutionize the hiring process for HR teams. This AI-powered recruitment tool delivers unbiased candidate assessments, automates L1 interviews, and provides actionable insights to make faster, fairer hiring decisions. 

The Problem

HR teams at the company faced several pressing issues:

  • Unconscious Bias: Hiring decisions were being influenced by unconscious biases, leading to less diverse talent pools.
  • Slow Screening: Manual candidate assessments and in-person interviews led to significant delays in the hiring process.
  • Difficulty in Identifying the Right Fit: Screening processes were inconsistent and lacked data-driven insights, making it hard to find the best match for roles.
  • Inefficiencies: Recruitment teams were overwhelmed with lengthy manual processes and often missed opportunities to optimize hiring.

Despite trying manual evaluations and some automated systems, the existing solutions fell short in removing biases, accelerating the process, and providing data-driven insights.

Our Approach

Lauren took swift action by isolating the compromised server and disconnecting it from the network. We initiated comprehensive scans on all applications and conducted a vulnerability assessment test for all endpoints, firewalls, applications, and cPanel. Immediately, we severed the server’s connection to the Disaster Recovery(DR) site and promptly initiated the creation of backups for existing data in Azure Data Lake. The workload was efficiently shifted using Azure connectors and Azure Sync, ensuring the Azure cloud remained in active mode throughout the process. To enhance security further, we promptly changed the IP addresses of users and modified the Fully Qualified Domain Name(FQDN) to an alternate one. Additionally, we ran scans across the entire infrastructure layers, utilizing existing OEM’s security products for added protection.
