Business Manager - Enterprise Customer & Mid-market
Job Description
We are seeking a candidate with 8+ years of experience working as Business Manager - Enterprise Customer - to join our team in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within named enterprise accounts. Focus on promoting and selling IT Staff Augmentation, Managed Services, and IPA solutions. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Account Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise accounts. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement. Conduct regular business reviews and strategic discussions with clients to identify growth opportunities.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of sales and account managers, fostering a high-performance culture. Provide strategic direction, guidance, and support to drive business objectives. Encourage continuous learning and development within the team.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities. Work with the leadership team to develop and refine go-to-market strategies for the enterprise segment.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Coordinate with delivery, pre-sales, and solution teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and services. Collaborate with the IPA practice team to identify and drive automation opportunities within existing and new accounts. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the leadership team. Track and report key metrics related to business development and customer engagement.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 2 years focused on Staff Augmentation and Managed Services, and a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the IT infrastructure and software services landscape.
- Knowledge of IPA solutions and experience in product selling is an added advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
